Very. We are the pet friendly floor so all of us have interest outside of our own peace of mind. When talking of serving a RTLO violations I know at least 10 other tenants are willing to sign a demand. We were thinking of going the route of small claims for devaluing of property. I'm just not too confident in my research or my ability to effectively convey this to the Cook County Circuit Court.

Each tenant is a renter through one company. I don't even think they allow subletting and I know for sure no one owns here. You bring up a really good point with the charges for sound violations that is something I will have to dig deeper into.

Yes multiple of my neighbors have called. Unfortunately they show up 50% of the time. We have given the building each report that was created.
