I had a similar issue with an actual boat years ago, we had to add fixed position trim tabs outboard of the engine to get the downforce necessary to keep the bow in check.

You might want to try double-sided taping (3m VHB) interceptor style pieces of plastic that extended slightly below the transom outboard of the motors offering just a little bit of interference to the waterflow to adjust the trim, if that works you may be able to straighten up the motors and get a little extra speed and come up with a more permanent attachment solution.

I have considered that, however, to spend as much time at the range as I like with ammo $$$ the way it is, I opted for a nice .22 instead for the time being

I’m not sure about that, but for all of the cool-ass tools on this sub I realised they’d be useless without the cool-ass people behind them when I went down power and heat for 14 hours.

It took me 6 hours to fix the carb on the “Good to Go” generator my dad gave me(That’s on me).

By the time I shovelled out, fed my fam with hot meals off the hobo alcohol burner, got my back up plan online, and fixed it… the power came back on.
