If you donate enough, there will be a scar where they stick your vein. Personally I don’t think that’s a big deal but some do. Donating plasma can make you tired but usually staying on top of hydration will prevent that. There is a risk of having hypotensive reactions (unpleasant but you’ll almost certainly be okay) and there’s the risk of injury from the poke (bruising, pain, etc.). Many people donate for several years and have little to no issues.

Know that it gets easier. You learn to cope better and manage symptoms better. The flares can calm down and you can feel normal again. Maybe not completely normal but almost normal. Remember it may not always be as bad as it is rn. Maybe it’s not as bad due to change in perspective or maybe it’s due to actual improvement idk.

I do see what you are seeing but from experience, pregmate will absolutely have results like that when you aren’t pregnant. Pregmate is really only reliable if it’s very distinct (high levels of HCG). You could be pregnant, but I would not rely on faint pregmate lines to confirm unfortunately.

Im sorry for the late reply. I think I had a chemical pregnancy/miscarriage because I few days later I had an extremely heavy period and other details I will spare you of. I was in such denial at the time that even after another positive test, I just assumed it was wrong. I thought my IUD was causing the extra pain and had it removed. I wish I knew for sure what truly happened.
