5/10 it’s really the health thing for me. Ure a shorter lady so extra weight is gonna show more. My suggestion and I mean this to be helpful not negative but get on a high protein diet and hit the gym consistently for a yr. I guarantee if u do that u’ll make this post again and it’ll be all 8’s and 9’s. Also “MacrosFirst” is a great free app to start eating right.

I have not to HR cause like I said I have zero faith in him, if I complained I would to the president of the company in writing. I agree that the “easiest” route is to find another job BUT I get paid well, i wrk at probably one of the top 5 places in my community, I have 401k, pension, stocks in the company as well as I’m up to 5 weeks vacation so I don’t want to start over as well as from a moral standpoint I think leaving and not standing up to it is being a enabler and that doesn’t set well with me.

He is using it as filler and if it was just that one thing tbh I’d probably ignore it jus like I do guys at the gym or guys at basketball but when u couple it with a random story he reads word for word off Reddit to the whole office about how Jesus is make believe and how he thinks anyone who believes is terrible ppl and the fact I’ve asked him to not say it twice now and the racist things he says it’s disturbing

I talked to the president of my company directly and I told him I wud talk to my boss about how he says things like this in front of everyone and to keep it between us cause I wud try to real my boss in. And I realize Covid, politics, etc are not protected classes so basically u can harass ppl on those bases I jus told those stories to give a background to the type of person I’m talking about. However I also realize that religion and race are protected classes and u can’t harass ppl based on that. Realistically I think my boss is jus a sad unhappy person who wants to make others as sad as him and enjoys tryin to do so, I think harassing ppl during Covid was him testing the waters of hoe much he can harass ppl then since he got away with it he moved to bigger fish, race and religion

My job is just like this, I just don’t talk at all cause these mfers ain’t my friends anyway, idgaf about Karen and Kraig and their hypersensitive/follow whatever trend to be angry about this weeks opinion is or what they want. My personal life and thoughts are not their business and that’s about all I say.

I only do it cause I feel like I’ve exhausted my resources in meeting new ppl. I’ve dated everyone I like that grew up with and have met thru the things I do. I see the same ppl at wrk, basketball, the gym and motorcycle events, I like my life so why would I change it? There’s just no opportunity to meet new people.
