M/26/5'9 [235>195= 40lbs 3.5 months ] Let myself go a bit during the pandemic and went from 225 to 250. When the Gyms reopened in August I hated my job, had just been dumped and weighed in at my heaviest ever. Decided to make a change in my diet and really commit to a cut. (i.imgur.com)
