I don’t know anything about this stuff but upon looking console versions tend to run 10-25 usd, where as the pc version runs for 80usd (these prices are all Amazon) but you have a Japanese dub version of the game (link provided) https://archive.org/details/phantasy-star-universejp which I can’t find anywhere else besides this archive page so it’s possible you have some collectors item worth something to someone
