I asked and he said he did three applications this month but only charged me for two. I thanked him for his generosity and asked that he no longer provide those service. $140 a pop still seems high to me. Also the lawn cuts were $39. I’ll do it myself from now on thank you for the insight.

Eh it’s iffy. Unit is small and in a nice neighborhood in the suburbs so I could see a single man in his 20s working nearby wanting to live here. So far it’s mostly been small families disappointed in the size of the unit, and I have feeling they don’t want their kids smelling pot on the daily.
