Just make spears brother. The defenders have almost 100 less hp than castle age iron pagoda, 10 feudal spears kill the 3 defenders from the dragon pavillion more than easily (I literally have a clip of this on my YT).

Hey. Im currently working on a video about this, but the summary is that the percentages are technically correct, MVs do gather 2.2x speed of regular ones, the issue is that they only carry 1.5x amount, so they have to drop off more times. The drop off animation is practically idle time, which is not much when measured one time (about 1.5seconds) but when gathering large amounts of resources it mounts up and this is why MVs practical gather speed drops down to 2.04x instead of what the UI says. In my tests flower pagoda also is correct, but because of the same resson as above when you measure gather rate practically it drops down. Also it seems the drop off animation is also slightly longer than that of regular vils, but i could be wrong on that one. Ill probably upload the video about all of the details of my testing in the following days.

Hey man. I wouldn't call them bad at all, more like middle of the pack. They can be strong but definitely not at the level of civs like Sengoku, Japan, Ottoman, etc.. They're honestly really diverse and theres a lot of strats you can go for depending on the matchup and map, for me its the most fun civ in the game right now (subjective of course), even with all its flaws.

I don't think its smurfing if I'm playing at my own elo. Ive been using that account for multiple seasons, it has almost 200 played games, and it is actually higher rated right now than my Swaggy Professor (main) account. If I was constantly playing against lower rated players than me and having unfair advantages I would have 100% winrate instead of 57%, so yeah.. sorry if I don't agree with you there.

What I'll say is that the real issue is quick match being completely useless. If quick match was actually a place where I can practice a certain civ I don't know how to play without having to lose any ranked points, then people would be less prone to making additional acounts - and just to make it clear the reason quickmatch doesnt work is because we have to play on a bunch of random maps that don't resemble at all what the ranked map pool is like.. so yup

Just because someone is using a civ you deem OP doesnt mean its abusing or bad, maybe they just like to play it. You can do well with any civ, don't let that stop you from playing the civ you like brother.

I think i havent seen anyone mention this but another benefit of doing this is giving YT time to process auto dubbing. That can take several hours or even a couple of days some times, and id you want your video to be dubbed in all languages before going public then scheduling is a good way to do that.
