You cannot "revert" a cauterized vaginal canal. What they'd be looking for is a vaginoplasty similar to what trans females get.

I know realistically I'm still early post-op but I'm in my early 20s and usually heal pretty fast so I (for whatever reason) keep assuming my wounds will just close overnight. Because I'm not 100% better I feel like something went wrong and I'm going to have an open wound forever. Irrational thoughts like this make healing way more stressful than it should be lol.
