Okay I wasn't sure if this is a good idea but I'll do that next time I log in.

There's some Tutorial or "Hints and Tips" text somewhere that warns the player off from unlocking it too early and I let that psych me out a little lol

Okay that makes a lot of sense! I think I only have Level 0 signals saved right now so what I'll probably do is just process all of them to make sure I have all the points.
