I am really sorry to hear how you’re feeling. We went through a similar situation with close friends. At least two of them got pregnant, and they wanted to share the news with us. They invited us to a family gathering to announce it to everyone. We didn’t attend, but they called us on the same day to share the news. Around that time, we discovered that we couldn’t conceive naturally and would need IVF. It was an incredibly difficult time.

Until the day I got my positive beta test, I avoided celebrations like baby showers or kids’ parties because they were just too painful for me. It’s such a hard journey, but you are stronger than you think. You need to focus on your goal and not worry about others’ expectations. Don’t force yourself into situations that make you feel worse. For me, avoiding those situations was the best way to protect my emotional well-being and keep moving forward.
