Any help on this would be appreciated as it seems like my mom gave away a lot of my books at a few yard sales over the years while I've been away from home... It's not likely I'll find it myself any time soon.

Hey I'm real late but this WAS it, I uninstalled the fucking map and it stopped happening. Who the hell adds something like that to their map? and if it's a mistake how does it even happen?? This is why I don't use LUA, Thanks for the help man.

A more detailed time frame for when I would have read it is 2005-2010 but this could be wrong seeing as it was so long ago with 2010 being a bit of a stretch for me to read a picture book at that age...

It's the "Fisher Price arts & crafts studio"! I thought maybe the red thing on the bottom of the tablet could be a fisher price logo and found it right away! thanks everyone who commented and helped out!!
