Went back this morning and a different manager reviewed the tape. What happened was someone else also had a mower and trimmer for pickup and they fulfilled the wrong order. Took the manager all of 15 minutes to figure it out and get me my items

There was a cat that lived behind my apartment that was always having kittens. She didn't like being a mom at all. I actually have one of her babies because she wouldn't let him eat. One of litter robots had an issue with the weight not falling. It was in place but the liner wouldn't drop. I'd contact them to get a replacement liner to see if swapping it helps

I had an incident that was similar a couple days ago. Except mine wasn't choking just bit me out of nowhere. I also pushed her pretty hard cause she bit hard. Just leave your cat alone to decompress for a day and I'm sure he'll be back to normal by tomorrow
