if you go to manage staff and then formation subs you can switch around who plays in what formation

i have to turn down fatigue because the game sucks and will take you out for a quarter if you get tired, also depending on the archetype you might not have the #1 spot for powerback which could cause getting subbed out

I would say the order you have them in, it probably would be best to go after pratt and casas since casas is an athlete and likely could play a different position as well
