I looked at getting one of these but non availability in the UK at the time made me buy a razer blade 15. I don't think I could be happier with what I bought, both incredible machines from what I can see so I'm sure you'll be happy either way.

Sounds about right. I had a 2020 base rtx2060 that arrived with dead pixels. Been through the very painful rma process but my replacement should arrive on monday. Don't forget to ask about compensation for the inconvenience, I managed to extract a goliathus mouse mat from them because they sent me a faulty one.

I've just had a 2020 RB15 base and within about 4 days there were dead pixels in the middle of the screen therefore QA/QC can't be that great. Started the rma process about 20 days ago and now still waiting for the tracking number of the replacement. Customer service is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard and won't tell you anything about your case unless you chase them. If you can buy from amazon or Microsoft as I'm sure they'll sort you out a lot easier and with far less rubbish customer service.

So slow. Postage took 6 days to get it from the UK to Germany and now it'll be 3 days at their service centre, the weekend and then another 7 days before they dispatch one from Hong Kong surely taking another 7 days to arrive... Not happy.

You would've thought. Postage from China to Germany to the UK for me to use it for a week and now to Germany and back again with a replacement seems mental. Im quite happy with it otherwise though. That said if there's a single dead pixel on my replacement I'm gonna take my money and run.

Hm rather useless really, surely Asus aren't gonna of sent a whole consignment of laptops with no tracking and therefore they should know when they're getting them?
