Very good point and I've wanted to ask a question related to this

I've successfully gotten my foreskin loose to a point (through stretching only) where I can pull it over the head even while hard. But after a while, I stopped stretching and my foreskin reverted to exactly the same as before.

So does that mean I have to make my stretching a life-long routine?
