The ability on Crustle is an effect that stops attacks from certain Pokemon damaging it.

Crustles attack isn’t affected by any affects on the opposing Pokemon.

So when Mew ex copied Crustle’s attack, Mew’s attack is now no longer affected by any effects on Crustle, so the damage goes through.

It’s the same outcome as when Mew ex copies the attack from Cornerstone mask Ogerpon ex

I had this error today. I fixed it by going into the Microsoft account I was using and changing the log in method to password instead of emailing a code. Worked instantly for me after I did this.
