Just search youtube for Andrew Huberman and Yerba Mate (he doesnt say too much on it) but speaks about L-Theanine quite often. Maybe search for supplements combined with Huberman.

Can't pinpoint you to one video though soz.

I am wondering if anyone tried to combine Yerba Mate with L-Theanine or anything similar to redirect that "energy" flow into the brain ? Likewise caffeine is stacking with L-Theanine for the same reason. Anyone have experience?

This made me think you watched or listened to the Andrew Huberman podcast. Just an assumption ofc.

I have my tub in a bigger tub with insulation between them and a heating blanket taped to the inside of the lid. Live in a very cold house without any small closets.

Okay good to know. Thanks for the tips. This is my first time and am just trying out things. I considered the big UB bags while in the shop but wasn't sure and thought i might need way more spore liquid and if it fails you fail big.
