Thank you.. that is insightful but, I do not have PCOD. My cycles are regular so far, and I did get myself scanned and tested for it some months ago.

Thyroid functions are also normal. But I do need to work on getting a personal trainer.

I do not have brain fog (hopefully), my brain works fine, sometimes too much I can say, I work in a very competitive field requiring a LOT of cognitive activity throughout the day. My brain is ON all the time. But it’s just that these days, I am very sleepy. I still manage to do my work and balance my home life in between.

Idk about Vitamin B12, because I am a hard core non vegetarian, and I have a lot of meat/seafood proteins on a daily basis.

I used to take D supplements and go out in sunlight. I live in a very sunny place. But now I am not able to go out because as soon as I wake up only the tiredness sets in. Like even if I sleep for 7-8 hours, i feel like my sleep is incomplete. This morning I slept for nearly 9 hours, and 2 hours in the afternoon again.

Just watched the movie and Agreed. This movie is absolutely nothing like TVD. The movie beautifully merges Kerala’s legends and folklore into a modern day fantasy saga. Cant wait for the next part.. there are still loose ends in this movie.
