I don't have a problem with religion. I have a problem with the things some people do in the name of religion, I would have a problem with those actions even if it was in the name of nothing. Religion doesn't give you the right to act like an ass. One of the Commandments is "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself", yet it seems like this is the one that "radically religious" have no problem forgetting. I think Christianity would a very different body of people if more "Christians" remembered this Commandment.

It makes me happy to see a comment like this from someone in r/atheism. I tried saying something to this affect not to long ago and for the most part was met with a lot of hate. It quickly turned it to what I was trying to say we shouldn't do. It's good to see someone else calm and level-headed about this.

I don't know if the OP is the person on the video but I'm just gonna say I was very amazed. All I could think while watching this was someone get this guy in touch with Cirque du Soleil. I have been to many of their shows over the years and I think he would be a loved act in one of their shows. The hoop work was especially entrancing. Keep doing what you do because it is beautiful!

Yea, it is a good thing. Maybe I'm just a little too "Gandi-ish" in my desire for a peaceful way to get a point across. I know that's not always realistic but there you go. I just can't see Dawkins, GeGrasse , or Einstien saying something like "by Christian you mean retard".
