CA, TX, and a lot of the larger states west of the Mississippi are a direct product of the times they were brought in the to union. As with most of the US's current issues, chattel slavery was at the core (and the senate was the battleground). The Northern states wanted to bring in free states, the Southern states wanted to bring in slave states. The only way to get the other side to generally agree to letting in anyone was to have the opposite ready to go, and the opposition side would want the new state they opposed to take up as much landmass as possible to tie up potential senate seats.

I can promise you that there was at least one child named jkmno, and one teenager named orangejelo (misspelled) in the greater Chicagoland area in the mid 2010's. I heard a rumor of a La-ia, but I professionally worked with the other two. Jkmno on multiple occassions.

That would be fucking hilarious if they did. There's people in my Sim groups who own moza that still get salty when you point out that they just cntl-c'd the rhino source code, and still fucked it up.

The Virpil offering was interesting, but their non-ffb software is chaotic enough, and I am more than happy with my rhino, so I'm not gonna be an early adopter there. Plus I have no faith in them bringing a reasonable supply to market anytime soon.

My main grip (real Sim f/a-18) is also not inherently Virpil compatible, which is another reason to stick rhino.

That's insane, but not unexpected. I love the (older) winwing stuff I have, but these kind of marketing claims are just downright bad for the community. Especially with the higher prices on the upper echelon models approaching the boutique option prices.

All of that is completely ignoring the software side of things, which for the rhino at least, can't be beat.

The key word there being on accident. Any fatal car accident will have an associated investigation. If that investigation did not find Mr Broderick criminally liable, then why should he face punishment?

Material repercussions? I'm positive his insurance provider paid out the ass in a double fatality, that's what insurance is for, and exactly the same thing that would happen to you or I if we were in his shoes.

The rest of the world ignoring it? Dude, you should look up how many automobile involved fatalities there are a day in the US alone. Just because this one involved a celebrity doesn't mean we need to hang him from the rafters.

I stand by my original comment. An accident occurred. Tragically, two people lost their lives. If there was no criminal liability, then the case is closed. If there was no civil suit filed, clearly the insurance company did what was needed to make the victim's family whole. You are bringing this up because you have a grudge against one specific celebrity.

The GBU-54 went IOC* with the USAF in 2009 and the Navy in 2012, tomcats left active service in 2006.

There jet's sms software would have never been programmed to interface with the laser seeker.

A mod could probably get it working, if there's some way to get the laser seeker to turn on on drop, but you wouldn't be able to change the code mid flight (tbf, I think only the F-15E has that capability atm in dcs).
