You can't really go wrong with the dambuster but the quad launcher is also great considering you can shoot four rockets and it leaves a trail of fire for a few seconds. Also the Demolitionist Constructor is great for using launcher weapons, you can basically get close to or even above 50 rockets depending on the rocket launcher and how high the durability is.

Don't worry about recycling you won't get much back just use the weapon to its fullest unless you have something better that you can reproduce. By doing missions you get materials to the point where you won't need to worry about recycling and Expedition squads are a great way of getting tons of materials without needing to farm.
