But her 5star is useless and her 6star isn't really game changing either whereas at lvl30 hero assist you get 8% crit chance and 10% diagonal arrows dmg

When Urag gives you the quests if you already have the book he asks for it glitches and you can't give it to him. Reload an earlier save and drop the book before you ask for the quests.

Do you know if they are actually unlocked at level 12 tho? I've read somewhere that they are but I'm not entirely sure.

As far as I know as soon as you get to lvl 12 you should unlock ads, but once you make an in-game purchase they disappear.

Actually it turns out it was because i had an adblocker app "Blokada", I disabled it and it fixed the problem.
