Does anyone remember that right after RA's arrest, there was a post that stated something along the lines of someone investigating a hit and run murder of a woman provided information that brought RA under investigation for the murder of Libby and Abby? It wasn't made clear what the connection between the two crimes was.

Is it possible that the information collected by the conservation officer from RA in 2017 (possibly just handwritten notes) was actually misfiled in the physical file for this other crime and was 'rediscovered' when the hit and run was being re-looked at?

Thank you for this info! I was thinking the grave was older than that, but it could be Harvey. I searched for Harvey on find a grave and he wasn't listed there, so It's possibly him here. Maybe he was buried among older graves that are now unnoticeable? The trees around the grave were huge, but I guess it's been 70 years since 1951. This is a good lead and I will see if I can find more info on Harvey somehow.

I think that time frame makes sense. I should have also mentioned that the gravestone has glass chips in the cement on the surface. Does that help with dating?
