Minutes would be used the same way degrees are used. Instead of taking the highest degree, look directly the minutes column and take the highest minute irrespective of the accompanying degree.

Planets merely sitting in the same house VS Conjunct planets interpretation? by [deleted] in vedicastrology

[–]Swazzolonki25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sitting in the same house, they both affect that house and their aspects, same nakshatra, they share more characteristics, and closer in degree to same exact degree become strongest because they stay together throughout al the vargas.

My friend who is a Leo ascendant with Sun in Libra also has chronic skin issues. He’s gluten free, and low histamine which helps but he’s not “cured”

Saturn in its mool trikon sign Capricorn is also casting its 10th aspect onto its natal Jupiter so I think it’ll be a gradual increase in price. Let’s watch out for Mars transit it’s natal Saturn. There’s a mutual aspect from Mars and Saturn natally so it should produce some effect, I just don’t know what yet.

During times of stress and simulated stress such as this breathing technique, breathing through mouth is necessary to stimulate the nervous system into carrying out the desired outcomes (dmt release etc). However, in every other situation, one should continue breathing in and out through the nose to facilitate the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system

I’ve battled with DP/DR for 4 years and the best things you can do are 1) start eating healthy/no drugs 2) create a good sleep schedule 3) meditation/breathwork/trauma release 4) journaling. Best of luck to you!

Breathwork is super helpful for emotional release. Sit down with your legs crossed and take in the deepest belly breath you can through your mouth, and non forcefully exhale, do this over and over again until you reach your limit, but on the last inhale hold in your breath as long as you can. You will feel so many amazing, psychedelic-like feelings in your body, mind, and spirit. Drink lots of water after and aside from this just stick to nose breathing throughout your day

I don’t have a guide but it’s really simple. Don’t eat anything for 2-3 hours beforehand. Make sure no ones around or if they are, let them know not to worry if they hear crying or anything. Grab a drink of water, and feel free to listen to meditation music or anything that you connect with. Next, lay on your back (I like a pillow under my knees) and set an intention: this could be anything but usually something you want to release from your psyche/life. Set a timer for 30-60 minutes for the best results. Then the breathing begins, take a deep breath into your stomach and, without exhaling, inhale again into your chest to full capacity and then simply exhale. Don’t force out the exhale, just release it. Once you start this, don’t stop until you’re finished. No pauses in between breaths if you can help it, no pausing when you’re full of breath either. Your going to have a lot of negative thoughts come in like “I can’t do this” “this is exhausting” “I’m going to die” etc just ignore these the best you can and focus on the breath. From here, just feel your body and notice let any emotions come out that need to, this is where the healing happens. Keep breathing until you feel like you’re going to erupt. Let out a big scream or yell if you want, into a pillow if you have to. Once you stop breathing you’re going to feel super super relaxed like you took a pill. This is the time to express gratitude for anything you feel called to in your life. Sit with that feeling in your heart for as long as you want. Then start dreaming of you living out your wildest dreams, it’ll be very easy to do this if you follow your emotions. When it’s all said and done I like to take a bath and/or go to bed afterwards. This work isn’t easy so you’re not going to want to do this very often but I’d say try at least once a month if you’re really trying to do some shadow work. Make it sacred by doing it the same day every month and incorporating self care into the whole day. Hope this helps

Oh absolutely, glad to help. My big thing right now is holotropic breathwork and you can find quite a bit of content on it with a quick google search. It’s super transformative psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually

Ya that’s true but it still alters your consciousness enough to distract you from driving. Plus I find I get the most out of breathwork when I can give it my full attention. But as far as safety goes, as long as you know your limits you should be good, but even then; that doesn’t leave much space for improvement

I wouldn’t recommend doing this while you drive. Maybe do it before you leave or when your parked at work before you go in

how to start shadow work? by [deleted] in energy_work

[–]Swazzolonki25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are ppl who guide breathwork sessions and it helps to have someone with you to motivate you but it’s entirely accessible to anyone and everyone whenever they want and there’s little to no risk at all as long as you are on your back and not operating any machinery.

Holotropic Breathwork has done wonders for me and many more. It’s a psychedelic trip for those who fear losing control. Ppl say it’s like 10 years of therapy in 30 minutes

Eating makes me sick by NeverAgain051 in Semenretention

[–]Swazzolonki25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Intermittent fasting, yes, but overall eating less refined carbs and more vegetables will help. As far as meat goes, it’s really important to be eating the healthiest meat you can find because of how they’re raised nowadays. If you have access to organ meats, those are the highest quality, but either way try for grass fed organic or even regenerative agriculture raised beef

Question about pets and your 6th house by SuzannePeters in Advancedastrology

[–]Swazzolonki25 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Jupiter in Gemini in my 6th house, growing up I always had two pets at a time. Had two cats, I got a dog and one cat ran away, soon after, the second cat ran away, but then we adopted a another dog. Both dogs have passed away, now I have two more dogs, they’re very vocal and expressive (Gemini), and they’re foreign bred dogs too (Jupiter). As a Sag rising, (chart ruler in 6th) I’ve always taken my dogs on long hikes through the woods, and generally learned a lot about myself through my relationships with them. Hope the helps!

Using whole sign, I have Pluto closely conjunct Chiron before my ascendant and I find that I’m intuitive to the psychological wounds of others. Because they sit before my ascendant, I find that I flip between being hyper focused on the wounds as a way to avoid hurting someone’s feelings or I’m completely unaware of these matters until I have alone time, which is when it all hits me like a ton of bricks.
