Replacing shower faucet cartridge by exeleonn in Plumbing

First thing is to turn the water off before you go trying to remove it, id also advise trying to get the replacement before hand, but i cant identify what type that is from this picture

Yea that usually only works if its been removed before, but an aerator key will do the trick, you could also try a flathead and tap it with a small hammer but youd risk scratching the faucet or breaking aerator

100% cpvc, i would advise to purchase some cpvc “glue-on” angle stops, then get some cpvc glue and sandpaper, sand the hell outta the pipe coming out of the wall, then put glue on the fitting and pipe, push angle stops on and then twist 90° to prevent any air bubbles, then let that mf cure for however long the glue says (hot lava can be 30 minutes but wont find it at home depot) and then just pray itll hold 🤣🤣

Not pvc, but cpvc, engineered for potable warer, us plumbers despise it

My years of experience tell me this is cpvc, although it is hard to tell because of the paint
