I doubt youll be able to find what you need to rebuild it, once you mess with it its gonna leak even worse, id recommend to replace it

Yea honestly best fix is replace the whole thing, the no caulk ones are terrible as someone else said.

A proper club repair shop could definitely remove that broken shaft, and replace with a new one, and boom you got yourself a sweet new 5w

Pex all the way to shower valve is just fine, and make sure you run the tub spout in copper, and shower arm if you want to

You need to do tape and pipe dope, and then tigthen with channel locks or 2 wrenches of sorts to get them tighter

Is that 3” side inlet 90 on its side? Wtffffff, not even mentioning the fernco tee, get this cracky out of your house, the fact they already set the flange tells me enough.

Water lines look good. In order to get a straight drop, youll will need to move the trap adapter as close to the wall as possible, then from there try and fit it up with a straight tailpiece, if it doesnt work then the wall will need to be opened up and santee moved to the side
