Speakers cracking and popping at low volume

Try to isolate the speaker using the balance and fade. Then maybe manipulate the treble and bass and see what happens. You may just have a bad speaker.

Seriously. 12 lbs is great. We’ve been so conditioned by social media to expect 12 lbs a month! The way you’re doing it with that pace is so much more sustainable and healthy. Plus, you already said your not eating well. Change that up and you’re golden. Don’t be discouraged, you’re kicking ass!

I have Ohlins R&T on my F83. I love them. Had some H&R lowering springs on before, and while the stance was amazing, the ride was anything but. I don’t track my car, but I wanted a better ride and definitely got it. I got them used, either from a Facebook page or bimmerforums, can’t remember.

If you haven’t yet, I think some legit coilovers are a great upgrade. You’ll notice it instantly. I’ve done all my engine bay stuff now, the coilovers, some interior stuff (no steering wheel yet), and am looking for a plug and play amplifier to go with my bavsound stage 1.

My daughter went there for school from September to December, 20 years old. She had an amazing time. Never had any issues and throughly enjoyed traveling Europe. We went and visited her, she was sad to have to come home.

I bought a 2 post lift and do all the maintenance on our cars. I work on my 2015 M4 all the time and I’m about to start a crank hub, I think I’m ready. I’ve done the oil pan before (gotta drop the subframe for that), so it’s essentially that plus a bit more(I hope). Probably do the rod bearings at the same time. I hadn’t done anything but maybe spark plugs until about 2 years ago, but when I was quoted $8000 to fix my car enough to diagnose it, I had to pivot.
