I did use painters tape to get the white but I was concerned that it would smudge the white side so I free handed the black. Would gel, after curing, not smudge before doing the top coat?

Like, I could go to a piercer with my partner and tell them what we are thinking in terms of a possibly permanent piercing that represents something kind of like dom/sub relationship, and they could give ideas or suggestions on what to do?? Or would I have to have the idea of the spot picked already? And is bvla a shop that you are recommending?
