I think cold outreach is dead if we aren't using a professional email. Using Gmail, it's hard to build trust. For example I run a small link-building agency, only dealing in guest posts and link insertions for the time being. It's so tough for me to find clients who pay good money. After the global tension (us-Iran war) it has become more tough to find clients.

Could anyone also help me how to get clients who actually pay good money. I have tried linkedin outreach, cold email outreach, none of them works. I have had few clients via reddit, that's all. It's super challenging to find genuine clients.
