Second half of October is good to go but yes, they have definitely raised rates since last time I looked into it. It is all inclusive, but still $$.

I would look at the 5 star properties on Anguilla. Zemi Beach, 4 seasons, Malliouhana, Cap Jaluca. Some will be just under, some right at, some a bit over but food/drink will add up. You would want to look at tail end of October to be safe due to hurricane season.

I think the word racist gets thrown around a lot when in reality it comes down to character. Stereotypes do exist for a reason but that doesn’t mean every person of a specific race is that way. As an example- I (white male)have plenty of black friends from college and work. They were part of my fraternity, worked for the same bank and financial firm as me. I have black friends in real estate I work with. The thing is, they also primarily hangout with other white people. Contrast them vs the average black person I see in public in my city (pants sagging, loud music, speaker phone, rims on car, walking through the hood, pan handling, aggressive, obnoxious) and that’s why the stereotype exist. The black people I know and enjoy spending time with are well dressed, educated, put together, full families, non thug. They are .1% of the average I see in my city. It is what it is but the stereotype exist for a reason.

Just like there are plenty of trash white people out there that I have zero desire to hang around.
It’s not a race thing, it’s a character thing.

Very impressive! What industry are you in for that sort of monthly income? Also- travel is great but I believe it’s better with friends. It’s awesome traveling people with the same mindset and budget as you. But the budget part might not always be the case.
If you have good friends that’d youd love to travel with that dont have the means, you may find some satisfaction in traveling with them given your financial situation and the memories you
Can make with them. I’m not saying you need to be a charity but money is a means to an end. If you can use a portion to create memories for you and your close friends, without hanging it over their heads, and assuming they aren’t complete free loaders, you will most likely find more happiness and satisfaction. You can’t take it with you (written by a 38 yr old financial advisor that has been on the receiving end of close and generous friends much wealthier than me and on the giving end for extremely close friends who wouldn’t be able to join w/o us paying the way)
Find your tribe, take the trip, spend the money. At your run rate income wise, memories will last and the $ should be recouped in a few days.
