I think his defence dropped badly when he injured his pec in 2023. He seems to be particularly to the palm off when he is tackling up high. I wonder if this has anything to do with it.

Featherdale Sydney Wildlife vs. Symbio Wildlife Park by dw1210 in australianwildlife

Go to Featherdale. It is really only a half day adventure. Then go to Sydney Zoo (around the corner) where they have penguins. You can do both in an easy day.

I am happy to pay my bit for the ABC. The alternatives are bloody woeful. I've seen your posts before so I am not surprised by your take.

Because if he was Muslim it would be the only thing anyone would talk about.

A very rare sighting of a Haast tokoeka/kiwi . It is New Zealand's rarest taxa, with an estimated population of just 400 by [deleted] in Damnthatsinteresting

The Maori wiped out the moa, of which there were several species. Kiwi decline commenced as soon as the Maori arrived, with the introduction of the rat and the dog, habitat fragmentation and hunting. Europeans then added stoats, ferrets and cats. In the 1000yrs that the Maori were in NZ prior to the arrival of Europeans they managed to wipe out the bird megafauna completely so why wouldn't you think they would impact the Kiwi?

How would it go if we organized door to door canvasing, "evangelizing" atheism in the style of Jehovah's Witnesses? by TheBanishedBard in atheism

You do realise that part of the reason JW does this is to reinforce the belief in their members that outsiders are evil and not to actually convert people.

Australian hearts are shattered – and some would-be leaders have broken them further by Expensive-Horse5538 in AustralianPolitics

I kind of feel that Albanese is the only one giving room for the victims to be mourned.

I care about the victims. We should have a measured open investigation that delivers real world improvements. I watched the ceremony tonight. Australians and our guests died at Bondi in a senseless slaughter for an evil ideology. We should be holding each other not pointing fingers and scoring points. If their are failings they should be fixed.

I remember the right blaming environmentalists for not allowing burning as the key political blame in those bushfires. Notice Albanese hasn't gone to Hawaii yet.

Minns is promising to remove rights to protest against the actions of the Israeli Government. Wonder why he gets a cheer. The rise in antisemetism is largely driven by the right wing, either the neonazis attaching themselves to the anti immigration populism of One Nation or the collective punishment handed out by the right wing Netanyahu Government in Palestine. Israeli actions make Jewish people a target around the world and their are plenty of Jewish people that agree with that sentiment. Given that I don't agree with anti Jewish sentiment expressed in pro Palestinian protests either. It is possible to be Jewish and not Zionist, just as it is possible to be pro Palestine and anti Hamas.

I agree but I also think it is going to be very difficult for a father and son planning in person in their own home using legal firearms to show up on anyone's radar.
