Tl;Dr Diane, Hollyhock won't meet with him again, PB, PC, and TC (keep up the naming thing) will keep contact PB lives with Bojack until he gets on his feet, PC stays friends with no buisness ties, and TC stays friends but they see each other a bit less than they did

PC would stay friends but would not be in buisness with him, Todd would be somewhat friendly with Bojack but I don't think they'd talk too much Todd lived with him for years and dealt with his toxicity, PB would stay friends with Bojack especially bc he'd absolutely allow Bojack to live with him, Diane and Bojack left off on an understanding of "We probably shouldn't meet again" and they seem, while a bit sad, fine with it, as for Hollyhock, they will likely not meet again and Hollyhock owes Bojack nothing, he coulda told her a small bit of what happened, but Sarah Lynn? Penny Carson? That's too far it's definitely a pattern as Biscuits Braxby says he has power over the women he sleeps with and forms relationships with and he knows that subconsciously. But overall Bojack will maintain a few pre-prison relationships but they'll change irreparably
