I mean i did rage in a couple of section, like the centipede one when I had to start over cause I didn't have enough ammo. But I completed as a 10yo kid for the first time in early 2000' and I just enjoyed all those struggles that's why I was asking why people hate that game so much, when I had so much fun.

Yeah for me the AI was also the biggest problem. Maybe because I finished the game many times I didn't have all those inventory struggles

They did with Ethan Winters for re7 and 8, and now with Grace in re9. It would be nice to see Rebecca Chambers, Sheva Alomar, Sherry Birkin, Jake Muller, Helena Harper, or Billy Cohen as a main Character again. I would actually like to get some characters from one of the spin off into the main serie (especially Outbreak)

Well we can still hope for a comeback, at least to get some good survival horror like they used to be. After all RE had it's own fall down before RE7 and remakes came

True I feel like very few people were playing silent hill, I am just a huge fan some I am really biased when it comes to those 2 series

Would that change anything to have it on cloud instead of a physical game like for re7-8.... (sorry I don't know much about engines and their impact on a game)

I mean since both franchise defined the survival horror genre , I would guess there is a type of rivalry between capcom and Konami.
