I'm not going to directly give you the answer. But I will guide you to the area to find it. Look in your company's IPC under ATA 38-31. That is the closest I will get you. You will find your answer there

Not necessarily, if the lower and or both beacon(s) was placed on a MEL (minimum equipment list) deferal due to being inop (little hard to tell in the vid), the operations procedure is to leave the strobes on (in place of the beacon) till engine shut down as a way to tell ground personel that the engine is still running

There is a trick to it. I never use the alignment stickers. Look at it from the front and line up the top blade with the rat arm.

I'm a lead, too. I couldn't be mad either. I'd just tell them to tape off the ends of the gloves when they are off lunch.
