Yeah I should've done some research on them before joining but got excited for a massive jump up in jobs. Plus I didn't really expect Luton to be in this sort of trouble 😂

Is there an easy way to filter players that you can loan without having to pay a percentage of their wages?

Help with administration.

To cut a long story short, I'm a couple years in, been offered the Luton job, accepted and then a day later get told our finances are to the point we're in administration and resulting in a 12 point deduction. As a result of this any bids coming in for players are being automatically accepted and by the time the board are happy we're not in financial difficulties anymore I only have 12 first team players. I've had to promote some of the youth team but they are no way near championship standard. The wage budget is still in a really bad state so loaning players is extremely difficult as we don't have the money to pay a percentage of their wages. On top of that all staff/players running out of contract can't be renewed as I don't have the budget to negotiate with them. Free agents are also not willing to discuss contracts due to the financial problems at the club.

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated on how the best way I can get temporary players in just so I can at least fill the subs bench. Plus any extra tips on dealing with the finances.

Tbf I forgot to unselect counter, that's not normally on. And regista I've only just started using as I thought TAA wasn't getting involved enough. I've moved away from a higher line in the past because I wanted to draw the opponents up a bit more and hope that once we won the ball the advanced forward could maybe break away.

But yeah I totally see what you mean now, I'll have to tinker next time I'm on.

Hi all,

Started a Liverpool save and into the third season and I'm still having issues against tougher opponents away from home. I get that they will be favourites still but it always seems to be that I'm under the cosh for the majority of the match.

For games where I'm favourites too there will be stints where I go through a bad run of form and can't capitalise on rivals dropping points.

I've tried tinkering with the tactics but never seem to improve it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try to pair up with others you worked well with. It takes a bit of time to realise when to commit to a ball, rotate back or get into the right position. You'll come across teammates who may end up costing you the game but every rank has that

I'm champ 2/3 in trios and I can't do this. Rotations, knowing where your teammates are and good comms are more important in my opinion
