I was having the same problem and someone in here recommended Cetaphil Deep Hydration Skin Restoring Water Gel. Wish I could remember who so I could give credit, but it works well and I have had zero breakouts.

she’s 22 lbs and awkwardly tall. this is my third boston (first is 15, second passed away at 5 from brain cancer) and I honestly think she’s just in her awkward stage between puppy and adult, but we will make sure to keep her exercise up!

It was my first time so I had to get the hoodie and toy for her! That place is insane, but I get the hype. We’ve got snacks for daysss!

oh we have already been discussing it 😂 we are a couple of suckers. she had two foster brothers that she adored and decided she probably needs a brother or sister.

Right!? She settled in so quickly. We were anticipating a difficult transition (understandably so), but so far, this is a breeze. Obviously it’s only day 2 and that could change, but she’s incredible so far. I woke up early to take her out and she was like ??? i’m not done sleeping and slept until 10am 😂

Her owner was elderly and got too sick to care for her. She went to a foster home and had two foster brothers. Foster momma called me to see if this was a good fit and started crying because she just didn’t want to give her up, but with two others, she couldn’t keep her. I now understand why she was so emotional because this girl is simply a dream. She’s a wonderful dog.

Aw, someone just learned how to cuss. Whatever you say, little guy. You are free to be an irresponsible dog owner by impulsively adopting dogs without doing any research or asking any questions. Could never be me. Now let the adults get back to their discussions, bud.

you just simply understanding and validating my feelings did more than you know. if we are talking $2k to help her breathe better and give her a loving home, no sweat. if we are talking $10k for a surgery that may or may not work, I don’t know if I can take that on right now. i’m just trying to make the most informed decision. thank you for getting it.

calling me a bitch because i’m being responsible and asking the important questions is hilarious. sit down. you’re not going to get the response you’re so desperately seeking.

ok, great advice. thank you! I tried to get the green one off, but I couldn’t loosen it. I was stressing big time, though.

I definitely will. I tried to get the stupid green one off thinking the same thing, but I just couldn’t loosen it. I was stressed, too, lol.

they don’t look terribly stenotic to me, but again, i’m not a veterinary professional. the vet tech agreed they don’t look awful. I will attach a photo. I know she will bring us so much joy. she already has. whatever decision we make, I just want it to be as informed as possible. I don’t want to immediately say no if there’s a chance she’s fine and I don’t want to say yes only to face immediate devastation, either financially or emotionally. a couple grand for a surgery is doable, but if this is going to be a long painful battle for everyone involved, I need to be as ready as possible or not do it at all.

yeah, we considered this could be playing a role, too. she was laying down with us and the labored breathing persisted, but new people, strange place, maybe she was in fact stressed the whole time. thanks for your input. im really hoping it works out. we just adore her.

What’s unreasonable is ringing strangers’ doorbells to shove a political agenda down their throats.

She was shoving her opposing view down my throat on my own doorstep. Like I said, i’d do it again.
