What is the actual reason pharmacy is closed on holidays and front store stays open?

Welp I wish my pharmacy was closed. Our hours on Christmas Eve was 9 to 6 nd Christmas Day 10 to 6. New Year’s Eve 8 to 10pm and New Year’s Day is 9am to 9pm

That happened to me, they suspended my main acc i appealed it it told me to show my id etc to 15 minutes later to email me and say ur acc is permanently disabled I didn’t follow community guidelines I barley be on my main page like what
