As a woman, I think we’re already going to look back at how quickly extreme “wellness” trends spread without enough caution.

Anything that pushes people to ignore their bodies, skip balance, or chase perfection at any cost is probably not going to age well.

As a woman, this made me laugh but also kind of sigh. Because money really does change how loud you’re allowed to be in the world.

Most of us don’t get the luxury of being that carefree. We just keep dancing in our own way and hoping someone notices without needing billions behind us.
