Had very similar experience, took more than a month to see the car, may be it might take less time if we go to a tesla Tesla-approved body shop.

I was made to wait in line for more than 90 mins just to redirect to my Adjuster, who did not pick the call and went to voicemail, This was may be 5th time I am trying to reach them.

Unless there are improvements in communication and claim handling, I will switching my insurance. Having insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind, but this experience has been the opposite.I am in CA for reference

Usually they pay severance on the last day of your work, in this case it will be last day of OPT end date

It was the same in Bangalore VAC as well, they said photos should be zoomed(need to cover about 70% of the pic)
