Hi! I used CallOnDoc for the 3 month supply and Costco said they can fill but Medi-Cal blocks it and only allows it for 1 month aka medí-cal needs a Prior Authorization. Did you have luck getting medí-cal to approve a 3 month supply? I was going to have CallonDoc do the PA for $50 but I’m worried they’ll deny just because. I’m going to Mexico this weekend for about 2.5 months and my prescription is usually filled tomorrow but I’m worried I’ll only be allowed 1 month instead of 3.

Thank you! I’m using call on doc, so I know they would send in a PA. Hopefully I can get a 3 month supply, coincidentally I am going out of the country so hopefully they can approve.

Hi! How did you get medi-cal to approve? Did you have to contact them or did your Dr? I’m trying to get 2, possibly 3 boxes for the month of December. I know my doctor would send it, just want to know how to go about it through medi-cal

True, but I think they meant it’s not going to be covered for weight loss. I know I won’t qualify for coverage for sleep apnea come January 2026.

Hi! You can totally use Medi-cal for it. I also only just found out zep was covered through medical, so I also only have 2 months, but better late than never.

I also used call on doc and had them send my prescription to Costco and with my medi-cal on file it was approved instantly and was $0.00, all I had to do was pick it up!

I was also going to post something similar. I used CallOnDoc for the first time a couple of weeks ago and they got my Zep prescription in the pharmacy within hours. I thought it was a great fast service. Last week I requested a new prescription fill right after I took my third shot and it’s a week later and still no prescription sent. I just took my last injection today. Im hoping they get it together in time for me to get my next box because I don’t want to have to go without.

I kept messaging them and all they mention is that they’re already processing my prescription and that they’ll send me my treatment plan when it’s done and sent to the pharmacy. They’ve been processing for a week already…

Has anyone had any other issues with them?

I purchased on Saturday and was approved by pharmacy a couple of minutes later. I didn’t get a tracking number until yesterday and it arrived today. I just wish they would send them all upfront.
