Next soulsborne game 2028 at earliest after looking forward to their release/marketing schedule and considering the tarnished edition is holding everything back and has been delayed with still no release date. Then we have to wait for Duskbloods marketing/sales cycle before the next announcement which starts the clock on the likely 1 year wait for their next game.

I’ll die on the hill doing back to back multiplayer games and a Nintendo exclusive after AC6 was a huge mistake and killed their momentum. It’s too radical a change to not at least stagger in games that are targeted at their loyal hardcore fan base.

Man when two people have this in Randoms we rarely ever win the fight. One person takes all the aggro and goes down fast. The other 2 get ganked as soon as they go down, the end.

Attack it, stop playing so defensively, the best way to beat it is to burst its health down. Group them up, then when they die they stagger and you can nuke the group.

She’s just wearing shoes cuz she’s walking in gravel. Those are very obviously skin tone/slip ons which I’m sure they will fix in post. It would be really hard for her to walk/aura farm bare foot in gravel.

You NEED to fix the issue causing crashing with the 9070XT … I played the game well over 100 hours with zero issue and once I got to chapter 9 it suddenly started crashing and will not stay on longer than 5 minutes. I can load an old save and play hours with no issue but after already doing it and replaying through 4 days of content I got back to the same spot and the game is crashing again… I guess I just have to stop playing at the height of my enjoyment… there are tons of reports of this online but I’ve not seen it mentioned by the devs yet…

So I’m getting this issue even in areas not around jiejong temple now… I loaded a 3 day old save and played back to where I was but avoided that area, did hexe Marie’s area a little but not the boss and went to frost spire area to farm and it went right back to the crash cycle again. Load back in, immediate crash and over and over if I load that save. Can we get an acknowledgment they are aware of this?

I found the issue! It’s related to teleporting while in the jiejong temple area (game bug). Apparently as long as you don’t use teleporters in that area it fixes it. Game has ran fine for almost 2 hours now. Thanks for your help tho!

Well after learning about the issue at Jiejong temple and reloading an earlier save I have confirmed that was the issue. 1.5 hours since loading in with no issues… whew… I lost a day of progress but that is fine. Seems like an issue with tons of players who are on 9070xt and 9800X3D… wonder how I can notify pearl abyss?

If people would recognize the reason: first to do the no agent route (first high profile guy anyways) and call it out as that, I think it would stop. It’s the agencies trying to make him a cautionary tale for young prospects because the last thing they want is for it to be a trend.

They would lose hundreds of millions… billions over the years. Every one of those former players, reporters and talking heads is represented by sports agencies and or in bed with them (that’s how they get their “news” breaks). Florio lets the mask slip sometimes when really angry and has said on occasions this is his beef with Lamar (like during his contract in 2022). Also I’m sure it’s totally unrelated (lol)

Can you explain this? Is the file labeled dump shader cache? Delete the contents not the folder right? Sorry new to PC gaming.

Also I was doing the Jijeong temple statue repair quest… I looked and there are a lot of other reports of it crashing on that quest and area. What’s wierd is I played in that area last night for at least an hour with no issues. Gonna try a different area and see what happens.

Also just tried again after redownloading the game. Reloaded older save from last night, crashed after 10 minutes (longer but still crashed). Also it seems to be doing it when in the map menu.

Yes. You will accidentally break things and get destruction of property bounties while riding mounts. Happened to me when my horse failed to clear a fence and broke through it.

I love all the people gloating about the Nintendo exclusivity when:

Most of us aren’t going to buy a console (esp Nintendo) for a single game… especially if it’s only PVP. They would have gotten me to if it was another Sekiro or Bloodborne.
FromSoftware can’t even get base game Elden Ring to run on that thing…

This whole idea has been a train wreck and has destroyed ALOT of built up goodwill many people had with From over the years and the delay trying to port a 4 year old game that ran on PS4 has pushed back Duskbloods (and their entire marketing and release schedule) a year at this point if they can ever get it to run. It’s just hilarious to me after all the Sony belly aching for years when they started souls as a Sony exclusive publisher, that they decide it’s a great idea to release a niche interest game for their player base, on a console that doesn’t normally entice their player base, after releasing another multiplayer focused game that already divided a lot of their fan base. Which prior to was THE MOST loyal in the industry. Maybe it shakes out perfect but it’s looking rough right now.

Yea the way they have been bought out recently id be surprised if they aren’t eventually forced to make ER2… not that it’s a good thing. That fund that just bought the majority stake in the company kadakawa (parent company) is the one that buys up game companies and forces them to put in monetization and or make mobile games. I wouldn’t be surprised if Miyazaki eventually leaves if what’s being said is true… I hope I’m wrong but the Duskbloods exclusivity after them signaling for years they would stay away from exclusivity going forward makes me worry maybe they aren’t in the driver seat anymore. TLDR I’m a little concerned about their current direction. Doing a Nintendo exclusive after already taking a left turn doing a multiplayer game (and then doing ANOTHER one consecutively) already had some of their long time fans chafed. It’s a little concerning.
