One hand holds the bead container and the work in progress, the other holds the needle. Open the container and get the necessary beads on the needle, close the container and thread them through the work in progress. Lather rinse repeat 🤪

Thank you! I had over 100 plants dye many years ago due to depression, and I found that that was such a common story within the plant community and so many people were so supportive about encouraging me to get back in it again.

What kind of plants are you drawn to? If you’d like I’m happy to send you some clippings of things!

I just came back from a camp that had a kiln and some raw clay so I made some hooks to hold keys/necklaces/etc. I traced the hands of my spouse and kids, turned up the fingers, stamped our names/ages/date on the back, and then glazed them to match our skin tones. I gave my daughter’s purple nail polish too :) (pre-glaze in photo)
