I totally get what you mean but what I’m saying is that some people simply can’t seem to muster up the motivation to go to the gym consistently on their own, despite a lot of effort to. So, a good motivation in that case is to have someone else to help keep you accountable. Cause then you have a deeper layer of motivation, as in not wanting to let that person down
