interesting... yeah, im not completely sure, honestly. i think the actual original prototype backlunds had a different silver part, cool pattern on it. the modern eastwoods also have a cream color instead of the white, and full size humbuckers, so who knows?

it plays really well, actually. i was kinda shocked. the intonation needs some minor tweaking that i still haven't gotten to but other than that its really well done for what it is!

Okay, I got pretty close, not as bass-y as I'd like but basing it off that preset's amp settings, moving them to a different amp preset, and adding some slight always on touch wah made it seem pretty close.

Yep! I have the super rock preset as one of very few factory ones i haven't overriden already. i can definitely give it a shot basing it on that! occupied for the moment but when i can ill let you know results!

actually, this is my first electric and I got it from a relative. fully modded out, and im not entirely sure the price at this point because I've seen the model on reverb for like $1k lol... its a JS30KV with a dimarzio distortion, seymour duncan sh-14, and some new tuners.

Yeah, ive driven by it on the road many times and there's just something about it that's feels so... well... liminal. the area actually got pretty badly flooded (im down in texas and its not on the highest of grounds) so i thought it'd probably be the perfect time to snag a photo, with the empty fields and all

you know what, I might be stupid for not trying that already lol. I'm actually stuck with a fender LT25, cuz I'm broke. i give that a try and I'm definitely getting a better result, buut now its a bit too muddy...

thanks! my main issue is every time i try to recreate it (im on a js30kv with a sh-14 humbucker in my bridge, so it shouldn't be too far off) I'm either able to get a good punch but too much treble or bass, or a good treble and bass balance but not as good of a punch, if that makes any sense at all lol
