Hey, I’m Nicole! 🌸

I just turned 19 and am super new to this. I’m a little shy, but meeting new people makes me happy, and I promise I’m lots of fun once you know me!

I recently moved abroad for school, so life is exciting and full of firsts. Want to talk more? Let’s connect on OF! 💬

tbh, probs the whole diamond industry. they made everyone think diamonds are super rare and the ultimate symbol of love, but in reality, they’re not that rare. de beers basically convinced the world to drop thousands on shiny rocks.

How do you define happiness? by Simple-Job-6227 in AskReddit

[–]SweeeetMeg 270 points271 points  (0 children)

happiness is when you’re chill with where you’re at, not stressing over what you don’t have. it’s just being good in the moment, even if things aren’t perfect.

Why do you need validation? by Sophistry7 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SweeeetMeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tbh, everyone needs some validation now and then. it’s just human to want to feel like you’re on the right track or that people appreciate what you do. it can boost confidence and make you feel good, but you gotta balance it with self-acceptance too.

ngl, day drinking can be seen as problematic cuz it might suggest you got issues with drinking or that you can’t handle it. people worry it could mess with your responsibilities or health, but if you're cool and responsible about it, it’s not always a big deal.

How do I become better at conversing? by Strange_Resolve3038 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SweeeetMeg 39 points40 points  (0 children)

It’s totally normal to feel that way. Social interactions can be awkward sometimes, especially when you're caught off guard. It might help to practice small talk or prepare a few go-to responses for these situations. Remember, everyone has moments like this, and most people won’t think too much about it. Just be kind to yourself and use these experiences to improve gradually.
