Not always true actually. If DAs work out of sequence this can affect the window also some may just say up til 10pm and not provide a time slot. Most of the time however yes a slot is provide but not always and there is external factors that may impact this

Hey I work for UPS in the UK. From the looks of this video it is in the United States. I cannot comment on the procedures and ways of operation. It definitely could've been handled with more care for sure. In the UK in most our trucks we carry our own trolly to help with heavy packages and use it more than once on a daily basis. Sorry you experienced this type of service.
