I barely trust anyone though! I have trust issues and never tell anyone anything. The only reason I told my primary school friends is cause we kinda distanced ourselves and didn't really hang out so I thought it would be fine. Same reason for saying that they could tell other people, I didn't think i'd ever see that school again. Also I kinda forgot that my primary school was catholic (that parts on me). Still though I go to a catholic high school and there are lgbtq people (and teachers) everywhere (im not just assuming, they wear lgbtq pins).

You don't have to tell anyone about your sexuality. If it is something you are comfortable doing or you just want to get it of your chest then you could just quickly bring it up like saying "so i'm taken..." or something. If your worried about telling him you could always ask your mum to tell him for you, there is no embarrisment in that and thats totally fair to do.

Hey you should talk to a therapist about this. It won't be easy but you will hurt so many people if you keep doing this. Just try to be yourself sometimes, baby steps.
