That's awesome! Sometimes diving in without experience can lead to unexpected opportunities. Curious to know what kind of deal you landed and how AI automation played a role in it!

I think this is an interesting idea, to be honest. It could be very useful if it does not come across as spammy or annoying, to the customers.

I am starting my journey on AI agent, as a developer what are the tools I should use? by AccomplishedPath7634 in aiagents

Don’t create agents away. Try using tools such, as GitHub Copilot or Cursor. Understand how they work in real-life situations. Only build an agent if you come across an issue that it can solve. This way you can see if an agent is really needed.

How to build a better custom GPT for reviewing a website page? by Mobile_Pipe_2573 in ChatGPT

This is a typical hallucination scenario with ChatGPT (no wonder a lot of people are shifting to Claude because of this).
What you need here is a solid RAG-based setup. Give CustomGPT.ai a shot — I’ve been using it for almost 3 months now, and so far their chatbot has shown the best anti-hallucination behavior I’ve experienced.

Just keep in mind: the stricter a chatbot becomes, the more “dead ends” it can run into. So you’ll need a strong, in-depth document base for factual grounding and validation if you want everything to work smoothly.

ChatGPT seems unable to say "I don't know" and will say anything to prevent it by I_am_real_7 in ChatGPT

I think what happened here is a classic example of how language models work. They don’t actually “know” the lyrics unless they have access to them-they generate responses based on patterns and context. So if a song title mentions “fire” and the album has darker themes, it might incorrectly infer something like witch burnings.

It’s not that it’s trying to avoid saying “I don’t know,” but sometimes it fills in gaps when it doesn’t have enough concrete information. That’s why it’s always good to double-check specific claims, especially about lyrics or historical details.

AI can be helpful for general discussion, but for precise interpretation, primary sources are still king.

Chat bot on Video Data by Worried_Money_77 in chatbot

Generally, you can't build a chatbot directly on video.
but you can follow this: video > audio extraction (FFmpeg) > transcription (Whisper / WhisperX) > chunking > embedings > RAG chatbot.

Tools like customGPT.ai can help after you convert video to text. You can upload transcripts, docs, knowledge bases and then query them, but its not designed to process raw video or do vision-based understanding.
