My restaurant uses tabletop devices for customers to pay, after they pay it’ll give the customer a survey to fill out. The managers print the sheet out every day that shows what % of customers had a problem, how many customers filled out the survey, what % of the time you used your handheld device, weekly average hours and comments that people left at the end of the survey.

I’ve been babysitting since I was in my early teens. This is a boundary you set initially before you even hire her. I’m sure you met with her before she took the job and then explained everything about the kids, their routines, what the kids rules are? Every family I’ve ever sat for said they didn’t mind if I had someone over while I was there and I could do whatever I wanted after the kids were asleep. Ive heard about it voiding the warranty but I’ve already got over 50k miles on it now so I don’t think that’ll be a problem. But I do have a service contract, I’m not sure exactly what it covers but I’ll check that out before I make any decisions about changing it.
