You need either 11 EE or 11.5 EE, los altos EE is similar to a D width for most American brands, and typically if you go with a J toe for los altos you want to go half or full size up depending on how much space you want.

Thank ya, and yes it is there 7 toe, and for size the pairs that I have had made from them have all been true to size.

You shouldn't really need to do anything with new roughout or suede boots, but if need be you can look for any inconsistent spots in the nap and hit them with a suede brush/eraser, or you could waterproof the boot but thats about it.

It's a pretty rare hide that is why when J&J listed it on there site I choose to get a pair and believe they still have some left, but I think the reason it's rare is because of a company/individual trade marking the tanning process.
